The right to purchase this set at that the San Diego Comic-Con in 2009 was awarded via a lottery. This limited-edition boxed set of 500 was sponsored by LEGO BrickMaster and contained an exclusive mini-scale Republic Dropship which was supplied in a re-sealable bag with a printed instruction sheet, as well as a 20009 AT-TE polybag.
